   Make sure you practice good respiratory hygiene, and the people around you.Follow proper       health for your breathing. That means that when you cough or sneeze, you cover your mouth     and nose with your bent elbow or tissue. Then, quickly dispose of the used tissue.Why? For         what? Virus spread in droplets. You protect the people around you from viruses like cold, flu     and COVID-19 by practicing good respiratory hygiene.
